Welcome to ClubD! These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of ClubD, a skill-based Web3.0 social development platform. By signing up or using ClubD, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Eligibility & Account

• Users must be 13 years or older to register. Users under 18 require parental consent.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Use ClubD for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse platform features.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.

4. Digital CV, Challenges & Skill Verification

• Your achievements, stats, and performance data may be stored as NFTs and displayed in your Digital CV.
• Clubs, recruiters, and sponsors may view verified stats, but users can control visibility settings.
• ClubD does not guarantee job placements or sponsorships.

5. Payments & Transactions

• Some features, tournaments, or memberships may require payments.
• All transactions are final. Refunds are granted only under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the correct payment details before making transactions.

6. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Users own the content they create (e.g., profile details, media uploads).
• By posting content on ClubD, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify ClubD’s platform design, branding, or proprietary technology without permission.

7. Code of Conduct in Clubs & Challenges

• Users must follow club-specific rules while participating.
• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or misconduct in events, exams, or competitions may result in account suspension.
• Moderators and club owners have the right to enforce rules within their communities.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ClubD is a platform that connects users, clubs, and sponsors. We do not take responsibility for disputes between users or third parties.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, earnings, or opportunities arising from platform use.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates as needed.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated rule violations
• Harassment of other users
• Use of automated bots to manipulate rankings

10. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of ClubD after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in Kanpur jurisdiction.
