At ClubD, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Policy

Event & Tournament Registrations:
   - Cancellations are allowed for up to 3 months before the event start time.
   - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the deadline.
   - If an event is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund.

Subscription & Memberships:
   - Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime through their account settings.
   - Cancellations will prevent future charges but will not issue refunds for the current billing cycle.

Task Center & Paid Challenges:
   - Tasks and challenges with entry fees are non-refundable once participation is confirmed.
   - If a task or challenge is canceled by the organizer, participants will be refunded.

Refund Policy

🔹 Refunds will only be processed for:
   - Event cancellations initiated by ClubD or the event organizer.
   - Duplicate payments or incorrect charges.
   - Technical issues that prevent access to a paid service (subject to review).

🔹 Non-Refundable Items:
   - Digital products, badges, or any NFT-related purchases.
   - Completed services, such as mentorship sessions, coaching, or training programs.

Refund Processing Time

1️⃣ Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
2️⃣ Approved refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
3️⃣ Business days are from Monday to Friday.
4️⃣ ClubD is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
